REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This policy governs purchases made through our website and applies to international transactions, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the laws of your country of residence recognize for you as a consumer.

1. GENERAL RETURN PERIOD (30 DAYS)
As a commercial policy, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, under the conditions set out below. This period is additional and does not replace the legal rights to which you are entitled (see Section 6).

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
Because these are cosmetic and personal-hygiene products, we only accept returns of items that are UNOPENED, unused and with their seal or original packaging intact. In accordance with European Union consumer regulations, you may inspect the product, but hygiene items that have been unsealed or used are not eligible for return for reasons of health and hygiene protection (see Section 5). We will need the order number or proof of purchase.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
Write to us at purerootcorp@outlook.com stating your order number. We will confirm acceptance and give you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it. In these cases, return shipping costs are on us and you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, even if the product has been opened. This right is independent of the legal guarantee of conformity (Section 7).

5. EXCEPTIONS (HYGIENE PRODUCTS)
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic and personal-hygiene products (such as soap bars) that have been unsealed, opened or used after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This exclusion does NOT apply to defective products. Sale or discounted products that remain sealed CAN be withdrawn.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU / SPAIN CONSUMERS — 14 DAYS)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the last item of the order, without the need for any justification, provided that the product remains sealed in accordance with Section 5.
To exercise it, notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement to purerootcorp@outlook.com (you may use the model form at the end of this policy, although it is not mandatory). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication before it expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery shipping costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one), without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence of their return. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by you, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (EU / SPAIN)
All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in EU consumer legislation (minimum 3 years from delivery for goods, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This guarantee is free of charge and independent of any commercial warranty.

8. LATIN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS
If you reside in Latin America, in addition to our 30-day commercial policy, you are entitled to the rights recognized by the consumer protection law of your country (for example, in Mexico, the Federal Consumer Protection Law and PROFECO). In the event of conflict, the mandatory rules most favorable to the consumer of your jurisdiction shall prevail.

9. UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
For orders shipped to the U.S., our 30-day commercial policy described above applies. The EU's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these orders, without prejudice to the rights granted by applicable state legislation.

10. REFUND TIMEFRAMES
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, it will be refunded to your original payment method. For EU consumers the maximum period is 14 calendar days (Section 6). For all other commercial returns, the refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days; please note that your bank may take additional days to reflect it.
