We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions and policies set out herein. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

As these are natural and handcrafted products, slight variations in color, shape, scent or texture may exist between units; this is inherent to their nature and does not constitute a defect. We cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your screen is accurate.
Modifications: the prices of our products may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of its content) at any time. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT USE AND ALLERGIES
Our products are cosmetics for external use. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list (INCI) before using them and performing a patch test on a small area of skin if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Discontinue use if irritation appears. The information on the site does not replace professional medical advice. We are not responsible for the improper use of the product contrary to its instructions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
The shipping of products is governed by our Shipping Policy. For consumers resident in the European Union, the risk of loss or damage to the products lies with us until you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the product. For orders outside the EU, different rules may apply depending on the legislation of the destination.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón de la Plana (Spain), unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise; in particular, EU consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. For consumers in Latin America and the U.S., the mandatory consumer protection rules of their jurisdiction shall prevail where applicable.

Consumers resident in the EU may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
